FinOpHQ is in invite beta. Founding members lock $89/month for as long as they stay subscribed. When the list price rises at launch, yours doesn't. Deadlines and launch offers will be published here with real dates, and honored.

Why one price?

Because tiering punishes the people who need the tool most. Splitting a product like this into Basic and Pro means deciding which owners don't get to see their tax reserve or their debt math. Every feature in FinOpHQ exists because a real business needed it, so every subscriber gets all of it.

Because your software bill shouldn't need a spreadsheet of its own. $89 sits next to what you already pay for your field software and your books. It shows up as one cost on the same profit & loss it helps you read. If it doesn't earn its keep, cancel it.

Because simple is honest. No per-seat math, no usage meters, no surprise renewal pricing. One number, published here, that we raise only for future customers, never quietly on you.

What "everything" means

Profit by service

Labor split from materials, every number naming its source, and no profit figure until the math checks out against your books.

Cash, seen ahead

Three months of cash seen week by week, the year-end balance you're headed for, and how long your cash would last.

Tax room

The right slice set aside monthly, matched to how you file, and the IRS's quarterly payments kept on schedule.

Debt counselor

What each loan or advance really costs per year, which to pay down first, and a plan that protects your winter cash.

Valuation room

What a buyer would actually pay, figured the way business brokers figure it: an honest price range.

Budget & the Purchase check

Targets from your own books, an "ask before you buy" ruling, and overspending traced to the actual charges.

Bookkeeping auditor

Flags on the bookkeeping entries that would distort your numbers, before they do.

Operations intelligence

Your quote pipeline, quoted-versus-banked, and true labor costs when Jobber (beta) is connected.

Learn the numbers

Every metric explained in plain English: what it is, why it matters, what to do.

Your household money

Seasonal envelopes, what’s left this week, a weekly report card: the home’s finances beside the business’s, walled off.

Fair questions.

How does the invite beta work?

You connect your books, use the full product, and help shape it. Founding members keep the $89 monthly rate for as long as they stay subscribed, even after the list price rises at launch.

Will the price go up?

The list price will likely rise after launch. Prices rise for future customers, not existing ones. The rate you join at is the rate you keep.

What does one subscription cover?

One business: one set of books and its connected accounts, and your own household’s budget comes with it. If you run more than one company, that’s more than one subscription.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Disconnecting an integration removes its synced data, and you can delete your account and every stored record yourself, from inside the app.

Do I need QuickBooks Online?

QuickBooks Online is the primary connection today, and Jobber (in beta) adds the operations side. Each connection stands alone. The app works with whichever you bring.

Is my data safe?

Connections are read-only, your passwords never touch FinOpHQ, and every account's data is sealed off from every other's. The security page has the full picture.

Is this accounting or tax advice?

No. FinOpHQ is decision support built from your synced books. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it never writes to your books.

Lock the founding rate.

Send a note about your business (what you do, what software you run) and get set up in the beta.
